An Oklahoma-based dessert franchise is making its local debut with stores in Rocklin and Roseville. Sugar Llamas is a dessert shop that serves mini doughnuts, ice cream sundaes, and coffee drinks. Started in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2021 by husband and wife Dallas and Robin Jones, the franchise has 16 locations across the country.
