Forty years into a career in retail management, Chad O’Roark decided it was time to be an owner.
O’Roark’s new venture has become a reality in Sugar Llama’s, an up-and-coming franchise that serves gourmet donuts, ice cream and specialty coffees. The multi-colored store front and llama logo stand out on the corner of Main Street and Miller Avenue.
“I have always had this desire to open up a very whimsical, colorful business type restaurant…, ” O’Roark said. “I’ve been talking about it for years, and this fit into that category.”
